1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 92e ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

92e is an online gaming platform designed for players in Pakistan. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals and promotional values are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform provides access to Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting including Cricket and PSL markets, Fish Games, and other gaming products.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register an account with 92e you must:

• Not already hold an active or suspended 92e account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If 92e identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person — by name, payment method, device, IP address or other identifiers — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and any balances in those accounts may be voided. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you should change your password immediately and notify 92e support. The platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.

2.4 Verification

92e reserves the right to request identity verification at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction flagged for review. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership or other supporting documents. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in account suspension until the process is completed.

3 Deposits & Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

92e accepts deposits via the following PKR payment channels:

• Supported debit and credit cards

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Some payment channels may have their own minimum transaction limits which take precedence where higher. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; these are displayed during the deposit process.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your 92e account within minutes. Raast transfers are typically near-instant. Standard bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. 92e is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking infrastructure outside of the platform's control.

3.4 Currency

All deposits, account balances and transactions on 92e are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by 92e. If your payment provider applies any currency conversion on their end, that is governed by their terms and is separate from 92e's processing.

4 Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified, your deposit must have been used for genuine gaming activity, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been completed. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.

4.2 Processing Times

92e aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to verification status:

• Raast: Near-instant upon approval for Raast-linked accounts.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on receiving bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

4.4 Withdrawal Rejection

92e reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or if verification requirements have not been met. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to address the issue before the request is reviewed again.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on 92e are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered. Where a promotion page states different terms, those terms apply to that specific offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered through eligible games before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Once a bonus has been credited, wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified on the promotion. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

92e monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk wagering designed solely to complete wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, or collusion between accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, 92e reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and suspend the account.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting General Rules

All sports bets placed on 92e are subject to the betting rules displayed on the platform. The following general principles apply:

• Bets can only be placed on markets that are currently open. A bet is confirmed only when the platform displays an acceptance confirmation.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds updates. There may be a brief delay in acceptance for in-play markets during rapid score changes.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed on each market.
• 92e reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened in error or where the displayed odds were clearly incorrect.

6.2 Cricket & PSL Betting

Cricket markets on 92e cover Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral series involving Pakistan. Specific Cricket betting rules — including rules for rain interruptions, abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes and player withdrawal before a match — are displayed on the relevant market page. PSL in-play markets operate with a short delay due to live data feed requirements.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided where: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement period; the player's stake was accepted as a result of a technical error; or the market was suspended at the time of bet placement due to a data feed issue. Void bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake amount.

7 Casino & Game Rules

7.1 Slots

Slot games on 92e use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the game provider. Each spin is an independent event. • Providing false identity information or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to 92e immediately.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or have self-excluded your account.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

92e reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an account at any time where there is reasonable evidence of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk to the platform's integrity. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting 92e support. If the closure request is made on responsible gaming grounds, the account will be closed promptly and the player will be encouraged to access responsible gaming resources.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance that is not subject to a pending investigation will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met.

10 Privacy & Data
